New EWA Office Hours & Procedures through April 30th

In an effort to follow President Trump’s and Governor Abbot’s guidelines as well as those of the CDC please make note of the following changes to the Exotic Wildlife Association’s office hours.
The office will remain open Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. The office will be locked and no one will be admitted into the office lobby.
We will be working with a skeleton staff and will fulfill all our member’s needs. Dart sales can be made by phone or by email, with a credit card. Those orders will be filled and left outside the front door during office hours and in the locked trailer after hours.  We will provide the lock’s combination to the trailer for those who cannot pick their dart supplies up during office hours. If you order darts and plan on picking them up during our new office hours, please call prior to arriving and the darts will be left at the front door for you.
For our members delivering animals from the AMM 2020 video auction there will be absolutely no delay in getting your checks to you.  As always please fax or email your delivery sheets.  Use the email address info@myewa.org or the fax at 830-315-7762 to send your delivery sheets. We apologize for this inconvenience but do want to do our part in securing our employee’s health as well as that of our members who routinely do business with the EWA office.
